Main Floor

As you enter through the front door, you find yourself in the spacious 2-story foyer.  The beveled glass chandelier and the porcelain tile with marble inlay add dramatic appeal as you enter the home.

The circular staircase of solid oak is as beautiful to look as it is functional -- opening from the living room for ease of use.

To your right is the formal dining room  -- large enough to accommodate a long table and hutch, yet cozy on a cold winter evening with the soft glow from the beautiful porcelain chandelier.

To your left from the foyer is the library -- approximately 14' x 14' of deluxe custom office space.  Large windows allow for a bright and cheerful workspace, and recessed lights highlight the beauty of the solid oak built-in bookcases and cabinets.

The focal point of the large, open living room is the gorgeous stone floor-to-ceiling fireplace with raised limestone hearth.  With a gas log set, the warmth and ambiance of a fire is just seconds away.

The sunroom off the living room takes advantage of the ample southern and western exposures, creating a warm and inviting retreat any time of year.  The floor is southwest tile, and the walls and ceiling are whitewashed pine.

A spacious half bath with Kohler fixtures  is centrally located off the living room, near the stairs to the 2nd floor and lower level.
